360° Views Of The SORA Showflat Units

Four tours are available on this page: the showflat gallery, and three of the show units, the 2 Bedroom Deluxe + Study, the 3 Bedroom Premium + Study and the 5 Bedroom Luxury. They are hosted on Matterport and open in a new tab.

What the tours are genuinely good for is the fit-out. Look at the kitchen first, because the specification tier is visible there rather than only readable in a table: the 2 Bedroom Deluxe + Study has an induction hob, while the 3 Bedroom Premium + Study and the 5 Bedroom Luxury have a gas hob, and the 5 Bedroom Luxury is the only tour showing a dry kitchen alongside the wet kitchen and a private lift lobby. The appliances are Electrolux and the sanitary fittings are Duravit, Geberit and Grohe throughout. Ceiling height in all three is 2.90m in the living, dining and bedrooms, dropping to 2.40m in the kitchen and service areas, which is worth noticing as you move between rooms.

Click around to explore the spaces. Dimensions for every layout are on the Floorplan Layout page, and the same units can be walked in person by booking a showflat appointment.

What Each Tour Represents

Each tour is one layout, not a band and not the development. SORA has 12 named layouts, so three tours cover a quarter of them, and the notes below say which quarter.

2 Bedroom Deluxe + Study, Type B3S. One of two layouts in a band of 138 units, the largest band in the development. B3S runs in six stacks spread across all four blocks, which makes it the layout a buyer is most likely to be choosing between rather than choosing. It has an induction hob and a washer-cum-dryer, and no household shelter, WC or yard. Its band partner, B4S, is the same 732 sqft on a different plan and has no tour.

3 Bedroom Premium + Study, Type C5S. The largest of three layouts in its band and the only one with a tour. C5S sits in stacks 03 and 10, both in the 12-storey blocks, so it is the one show unit that cannot be had high. It has a gas hob, a household shelter, a separate WC and a yard, none of which appear in the 2 Bedroom tour. One thing to look for in the tour and to raise at the showflat: a beam runs near the window between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, so while that wall can be opened up to combine the rooms, it cannot be removed entirely.

5 Bedroom Luxury, Type E1. The only layout in its band, and the only one of the three tours with a private lift lobby, a junior master, a dry kitchen with an island top, an integrated refrigerator, a built-in microwave oven and a separate washer and dryer rather than a washer-cum-dryer. E1 occupies a single stack, 16, in Block 76.

What is not shown. Five of the eight bands have no tour: the 1 Bedroom + Study, the 2 Bedroom Deluxe, the 3 Bedroom Deluxe, the 3 Bedroom Premium and the 4 Bedroom Luxury. The 3 Bedroom Deluxe is worth naming, because it is the one layout with a flexi nook in place of the household shelter and it looks different from both of the 3 Bedroom tours. None of the tours is a top-floor unit either, so the 4.40m double-volume living and dining area that the top-floor variants carry is not visible anywhere on this page.

Every layout, including the ones without a tour, is on the Floorplan Layout page, and the SORA Buyer’s Guide covers the differences between layouts within the same band.

See the Show Units in Person

A tour gives you the layout and the fit-out. What it flattens is scale: the difference between a 732 sqft plan and a 1,679 sqft one reads as a number on a screen and as something else entirely when you walk it, and the drop from a 2.90m living area to a 2.40m kitchen ceiling is not something a 360 view conveys. Materials are the same story, since a countertop and a sanitary fitting are judged by hand rather than by eye.

The tours also cannot tell you anything about a specific unit. They are three fitted-out rooms in a gallery on Prinsep Street, not in the building, so they settle nothing about which floor, which stack, or what a particular home looks out on. Those questions are settled with the stacking chart and the site plan, which the sales team has at the showflat. Bring a unit number, or a shortlist of two or three, and they can work through what separates them.

The showflat is open daily, 10am to 7pm, by appointment. Book a viewing or speak to the sales team.
